While our doors are closed, our clinic and care will remain open for eye emergencies. Our goal is to help alleviate the burden of hospitals so please contact us for any eye health concerns you may have. Emergency optometry services will be available on a case by case basis, beginning with a phone consultation with one of our doctors during our temporary office hours (Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm). We will contact you as soon as possible.

EYEWEAR WARRANTIES
Frames sold in our clinic generally come with a 1-2 year limited warranty. This warranty does not necessarily apply to discontinued and heavily discounted eyewear.
Licenses come with 1-2 year limited warranties, depending on the laboratory that manufactures the lenses and the specific package purchased. These warranties cover situations such as scratches, prescription changes, and issues with lens coatings. These warranties are extended for children’s packages.
